In 2008 CTM product range have grown thanks to a new ride-on scrubber provided with a scrubbing/sweeping unit.
The new scrubbing/sweeping unit is assembled on the well known ride-on machine Kron S, which comes in this new configuration as Kron S CBS (acronym for Cylindrical Brush System).

Born as the result of an accurate design with the cooperation of our main clients, the new scrubbing/sweeping unit provides a perfect cleaning performance even on floors with small debris as cigarettes-ends and pallet wooden pieces.

Built in AISI stainless steel, the scrubbing/sweeping unit is suitable to operate in food industries or with chlorine based chemical products.

The scrubbing/sweeping unit is formed by two counter rotating brushes with bristles of different stiffness; the first brush carries out the main washing while the other brush sweeps a various kind of debris, placing them in the wide back tray.

Brush pulleys are assembled on double waterproof ball bearings; an electronic board system automatically adjust the power of brush motors in order the deliver a smooth and progressive action of the cylindrical brushes and to check malfunctions as well.
